We have been able to consider the D&A brand holistically, with an aim to growing the business through increased conversion from eye tests
to sales. We actively sought to change customer perception whilst retaining the brands authority in healthcare, promoting a strong attitude
towards style and image. We have been able
to effect change across their network by redesigning their brand mark, providing guidelines for campaigns, photographic art direction, producing print and packaging,
as well as creating a flagship store experience.
Our role was to act as guardians across all
brand applications.
