The branch environment needed to reflect the easy, comfortable, accessible and friendly way
in which the brand aimed to conduct business. This vision was underpinned by trust, authority and solidity. Creating a bright ambience, simple interior components and straight talking
narrative allowed them to have greater reach.
A visual language and palette was developed using a grid based on the mark. This graphic
style was integrated into the environment using large lightboxes and was also carried through
to printed collateral.
The full concept was implemented at their flagship location in Newcastle, with the
intention of rolling it out across their thirty five branch network.
