Reliance Retail in India wanted to create
a ‘wellness’ proposition promoting wellbeing
and good health for the mind, body and soul.
We created a strong visual language which evoked a spirit of optimism, thus engaging the customer and providing a sense of liberation.
A simple, flexible solution places service at the heart of the proposition and focused on predetermined touch points with the customer.
