Underlining the GMG brand credentials with a new identity.

Sport is integral to the Gulf Marketing Group’s business, so with this in mind, we wanted to create a mark that illustrated dynamism and movement but also reflected strength and gravitas. The monogram is bold and modern while using a deliberately somber colour palette. The stationery uses an abstracted version of the monogram in metallic inks and special print processes. We are currently developing external signage for the head office building and further applications.

OBJECTIVE

Boasting a diverse portfolio of retail outlets, consumer brands and B2B services across key sectors such as healthcare, education, technology and sport and fitness, a new identity was needed to convey the varying aspects of the group.

Result

We considered how solid letterforms could fragment into a linear composition to create a dynamic mark with movement that reflected the diversity of the groups many propositions.
